In order to offer the best in cost control and quality of your products, Process Manufacturing decided many years ago to establish their own paint and blast facility. With two stand-alone facilities totaling at almost 40,000 square feet and each booth being 60 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 18 feet high, our team can handle any sized project. Both of these facilities are also capable of running soda blast for more delicate applications.
Once the blasting is done, each blast booth leads to a fully connected, indoor paint room. Each paint room is temperature, humidity, and vacuum controlled so the paint is applied in the best environment possible. The largest paint room expands to 100 feet by 200 feet so any size project can be painted properly. The facilities each have a 30-ton overhead crane capacity or rails so the extra heavy projects can be painted and taken care of as well as the smaller projects.
